First, how are you? Really, I mean, how are you? Tell me. Don’t hold back. Support is extra crucial right now more than ever I personally think. Are you sometimes feeling alone? Some anxiety? Lack of emotional support? A full load? Stuck? You are not alone, I am right here with you and for you.
Not daily do I feel like this, but I do have my moments and we must keep pushing through them. I do not sit in that moment when I have them, I recognize the feeling, I accept the truth, but I do not let it cripple me and takeover. We do have a choice. Be it negative or positive. See the dark or see the light. This is always our free choice no matter what it looks and feels like.
We have come along way together, but our journey through this has been different for each of us. Thank you for hanging in there. Embrace you. We have shown up and stepped up to the plate in a way we may have never known we could. Life challenges present moments for us to learn and grow. Even when hurt, pain and the burden is so heavy. Let’s focus on what we do have rather than what we do not have right now. Each day we get is a gift. The question is, what do we do with the gift we are given?!?
We must continue to create positivity and surround ourselves around what we desire. To create our moods. If we desire negativity and anxiety, then seek that! If you are like me, aim to seek positivity and work on no anxiety or less of it. Things worth fighting for are work. That means we are work. You are a nécessité.
Here are a few things I do, some cost money, but most of them are free of charge.
I cry and I cry and I cry to release. It feels good when I am done. I sometimes do the ugly, deep, snot cry, I do not care, I have to. It is a moment of required deep release for me.
I write to release what is deep in me that has to come out. I get honest with myself. I write my moments of truth and then I dispose of it immediately. This is a moment between me, myself, a pen and paper. No one else. I get it all out each time. I started doing this in 1996 when I was starting to work on me and learning that in order to heal, I have to do the work and be honest with myself. It had helped me all these years later. I am always healing from something.
I do gentle baby yoga. While I started yoga in the ’90s, I am not the most advanced yoga individual and that is ok. I accept my beautiful, strong body and I listen and honor what it will and will not want to do. Gentle. Nothing to prove. I also get my breathwork and meditation during this time.
Phone Time (free on landline)
I am a people person, you, my friends, and family mean so much to me. I love to stay in touch and have a real connection. It is important for my mental health.

Ear Seeds (cost, pictured above)
I was using these before I was trained in auriculotherapy. For the last 14 years, I have been wearing them. I can apply them to people and I love it when they tell me how it helped. What is it, think instead of having your feet stimulated, have your ears done. The ears connect to many parts of the body.
When I can, I am all for it. It is such a great meditative way for me to connect with the earth and to listen to my surroundings creating its own sound.
Grounding Mattress Pad
I use this to help keep me grounded. We sleep on it nightly, I like to think it has helped. (I also use the mat and the gravity blanket) It’s great for a nap or when I want to relax.
Singing bowl (a one time charge, see below)
This baby right here, I can never say enough thank you and more thank you’s for this tool. It sends healing vibrational energy through my body, to the brain. It helps me stay centered and calm. I travel with it room to room.
No matter how many times a day I feel led by the spirit to do so, it is always available and free each time. Please know that it’s okay, to not feel okay.
