Vegetables are a true nécessité. They are full of vitamins and minerals like vitamin A, zinc, folic acid, fiber, vitamin C, phosphorus, and magnesium to name a few. They nourish our bones, blood cells, eyes, hair, nails, organs and more. Our produce, such as vegetables can sometimes contain little bugs and other dirt, so it is important to get rid of them instead of eating them.
