Being blessed with having food allergies all my life and birthing two children with food and environmental allergies amongst other health conditions led me to write two books, The Thriving Child and Shut Up and Cook!
I have traveled with my food allergies, lived in Paris, and always encourage my children to live and enjoy their life too. Not to let food allergies ever stop them.
I continue to embrace, learn and grow more thanks to our food allergies which allows me to share helpful tools and tips with you here and let you know you are not alone.
